Based on lighting for no more than 10 hours per day, we hereby declare warranty clauses for LED products as below:
1) Three (3) years warranty period if lifespan is or more than 30000 hours.
Two (2) years warranty if lifespan is 20000 - 30000 hours.
One（1）year warranty if lifespan is less than 20000 hours.
Detailed lifespan is showed on Specification Sheet signed by both parties.
2) Warranty period starts from BL date.
3) Lamps damage due to force majeure, or improper keeping / usage, are excluded.
4) Our quotation contains 3% defects. Topstar will be responsible for repairing or replacing those defect products that exceed 3%.
Depending on your needs, you can choose to ship by sea, land or air. We have professional packaging engineers to help you design safe and economic packaging solutions, and a dedicated logistics department to ensure that your goods are shipped on time.
The company has a national recognized enterprise technology center. The technology center is equipped with laboratories for electronics, physics, chemistry, LED packaging, life testing, photoelectric performance testing, etc., and accredited laboratories for CNAS, UL, NVLAP, TUV and ITS.
