The structure of LED panel light
The structure of LED panel lights mainly includes a frame, diffusion board, light guide plate, lamp beads, drive power supply, aluminum substrate and other components.
1, frame: frame strength affects durability. The frame is an important part of the LED panel light, high strength frame makes the panel light more durable. LED panel light side frame using different materials, its thermal performance is not the same. According to statistics, the current panel light frame materials are mainly aluminum, steel, PC, A6063, aluminum plastic, steel and other materials.
2, diffusion plate: different materials with different light transmittance. Diffusion plate is the role of the light guide plate light evenly scattered, but also play a role in blurring the network, the use of materials mainly acrylic, PC, PS, etc.. It is understood that the acrylic light transmission rate at 92%, PC is 88%, PS is about 80%, acrylic material light transmission rate is higher than PC, and lower cost, while its anti-aging performance is weak; and PC material is expensive, but strong anti-aging performance.
